Randy Smith – Founder and President

Randy is a career youth ministry professional who has a passion to see youth leaders trained, equipped and empowered to launch out and make a difference in the lives of young people worldwide.

Randy has personally ministered to teens in 27 foreign countries and trained National youth workers in 10 countries.

In 1989 he founded Youth Ministry International, and since that time under his leadership YMI has:

• Conducted Local Church youth ministry training seminars for more than 7500 national volunteers.
• Provided long-term hands on training for more than 2500 national youth directors worldwide.
• Enrolled, and is currently training more than 185 students in formal degree training.

Brent Carl – VP of Training Operations

Brent is a 20 year Youth Ministry Veteran who loves to teach, preach, train and engage with students and those who work with them.

He is currently lining up speaking engagements for 2009.
